We are seeking an experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to oversee and follow up on construction works on site.
Key Responsibilities: Site management, coordination, and supervision of construction works.
Monitor project progress, quality, schedule and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Prepare regular progress reports, including: Summary of works completed during the reporting period.
Cash flow projections and current project financial status.
Health & safety updates.
Pending issues and outstanding actions.
Progress photographs.
Assist in evaluating subcontractor offers and negotiating competitive and fair pricing.
Review and approve Contractor Payment Certificates.
Coordinate with the Clients, Contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders as required.
Identify potential issues and delays and provide timely recommendations and solutions.
Maintain regular on-site presence and close follow-up of construction progress, quality, and outstanding issues.
Requirements: Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in construction/site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, valuations, and project reporting.
Good knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Local knowledge and professional network in Athens, Paros and Cyclades.
Immediate availability and ability to join the project team at short notice.
