Trenkwalder for its client, an architecture firm, is seeking an Architect.

Responsibilities of the Architect: • Prepare and develop project deliverables in Revit for all the phases of a project including planning applications and construction • Assume responsibility for partial design packages, collaborate with all stakeholders and complete deliverables effectively and efficiently • Liaise with external partners and consultants in formal and informal meetings • Coordinate the design with other disciplines to produce a comprehensive and fault-free design • Proactively flag any issues that may arise during the project, take ownership of them, and collaborate with your team internally to resolve them • Create concepts and test early ideas through 3D visualizations, Photoshop, hand sketching and physical modelling • Prepare presentations, design briefs, and documentation that will be shared with clients and 3rd parties
