Administrative Support
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR and Facilities departments (including calendar management, meeting coordination, appointment scheduling etc.) Coordinate departmental documentation and records.
Process correspondence, invoices, and purchase requests.
Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
Support departmental projects and daily operations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
