Administrative officer
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
The main responsibilities shall include the following: Managing office supplies stock and placing orders Preparing regular financial and administrative reports Administration of company databases Filing of documents Updating office policies as needed The ideal candidate must have: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management is advantageous.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
