We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the company.
The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities : Represent the Executive with professionalism at all times.
Perform general administrative tasks (such as answer phone calls, handle travel arrangements, arranging post and deliveries, support marketing activities, etc.).
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Manage personal expenses, invoices, and basic budget tracking.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos) in a timely and professional manner.
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating priorities.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Manage office supplies and orders when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
Organizing internal and external events.
Timesheets review and report preparation.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive PA, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administra-tive Assistant (at least 3-4 years) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
