Key Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position: Prepare and manage employee and visitor access cards following strict security protocols Execute the administrative checklist for employee onboarding and off-boarding (induction, welcome boxes, asset collection, medical file management) Submit and follow up on purchase orders for workplace supplies Manage the front desk, receive visitors, and inform employees accordingly Coordinate regular and ad hoc food/catering services, including coffee breaks and light lunches Track employee feedback, launch corrective actions, and personally ensure issues are resolved Coordinate and oversee activities and events aimed at boosting employee engagement and community feeling Support site communication efforts using channels like screens and internal apps
