Administrative Assistant
Kerameus & Partners Law Firm based in central Athens is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the office and provide assistance to its legal team.
The role requires professionalism, consistency, and strong organizational skills in a demanding work environment.
Key responsibilities: Guest reception duties Handling phone calls and managing electronic correspondence Archiving incoming and outgoing mail (both electronic and printed) Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems Providing general administrative support to the management and other lawyers of the company Editing, typing, formatting, and proofreading texts/documents/tables/emails Making travel bookings Recording deficiencies and order consumables Required qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) E-mail / print mail management Fluency in speech, oral / written and fluency in social contacts Excellent knowledge of English Communication skills Multitasking Adaptation and efficiency, in order to meet the deadlines / targets set Discretion and confidentiality Organization Comfort in handling office IT (e.g. call center, printers, scanners, etc.) Teamwork Preferred qualifications: Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role Studies in administration, secretarial support, or a related field
