Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to nurture and grow our existing client base. This role is heavily focused on upselling and cross-selling, while building strong, trust-based relationships with customers to maximize lifetime value and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing B2B SaaS clients and act as their primary point of contact
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain exceptional client relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance
Understand client needs and align them with product offerings and new features
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless client experience
Monitor account health, usage data, and engagement to proactively address risks and opportunities
Lead business reviews and present value-driven insights to stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in CRM tools

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or sales
Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models (MRR, ARR)
Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
