IT Administrator (Junior)

Greek Food Industry with many years of experience and a strong presence in the sector, is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks and supply first-level support on company systems and users.
Main Responsibilities: Install and configure software and hardware Manage network servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models First level support on company systems ERP Software Support Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies
