Accounting Manager – Short-Term Rentals & Property | Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

Red Berries is a fast-growing international property management and hospitality company operating short- and medium-term rental assets in Greece.
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to establish, structure, and run the accounting function in-house.
This role is fully responsible for accounting, tax compliance, reporting, and financial control across Red Berries’ activities.
Role Objective The Accounting Manager will: Build the accounting department from scratch Define processes, controls, and workflows Ensure full compliance with Greek law and STR regulations Act as the financial backbone of the company
