Marketing Coordinator (Marousi)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Marketing Coordinator (Marousi) Job description: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Greek market, Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through multi- channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships and offline activations.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Manage and optimize social media campaigns ( Google Ads , Meta, Programmatic etc. ) Collaborate with cross – functional teams, including sales, product and creative to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with key local partners, agencies and media outlets.
Track and report on marketing performance, ensuring data – driven, decision – making and continuous improvement.
Lead local events, memberships and sponsorships and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility.
Adapt global market strategies to fit the Greek audience, ensuring cultural relevance.
Report directly to the Country manager on all marketing activities and performance.
