Do you have experience as an Administrative Assistant ? Do you have multitasking skills in order to effectively coordinate, implement and ensure the quality of operational tasks within a company? If your answers are yes to all of the above then we have this great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for one of the leading green energy supplier.
As an Administrative Assistant , some of your main tasks will include: Draft and manage executive correspondence, handle the Country Manager’s (CM) expense claims, and manage the CM’s and team’s complex calendars and travel logistics (domestic and international).
Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Greek office, manage front-office operations (reception, mail, visitors), and handle all facility-related needs in liaison with IT, HR, and Operations.
Manage administrative and operational supplies, inventory, and contracts, and maintain relationships with local suppliers, building management, and service providers.
Organize and support internal and external meetings and corporate events, including planning, logistics, venue booking, catering, and invitations.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery, and support administrative, financial, and compliance requirements for the workplace in line with company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the CM and the broader team as required.
