Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Real Estate Sales Manager (Thessaloniki) Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents • Set sales targets and develop sales strategies • Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
