Work Channel Professional Recruitment is working closely with a client and is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator in Limassol.

The Front Office Administrator serves as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, performing various secretarial duties and providing administrative assistance throughout the organization.

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with one day per week finishing at 14:30
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and callers, ensuring a professional first impression while managing all communication channels and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules, maintaining accurate records and updated contact databases.
- Oversee office organization — including reception areas, meeting rooms, and supplies — ensuring a tidy, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
- Manage mail, deliveries, petty cash, and payment requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee office supplies and staff needs, including ordering and tracking office, kitchen, and cleaning materials, maintaining stationery stock, and coordinating staff meal orders with the HR department.
- Liaise with internal departments, the company driver, and external partners to support daily operations and smooth communication.
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and document preparation.
- Uphold company procedures and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and organization.
Requirements
Higher Education diploma.
· At least (3) years of working experience in a similar position.
· Ability to administer, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
· Possesses a strong sense of ethics and accountability.
· Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
· Computer literate.
· Customer service oriented, pleasant personality, professional appearance.
· Telephone etiquette and excellent organizational and communication skills.
