We are currently looking for a Construction Site Supervisor for Fit-out works to join our dynamic EU team and contribute to the success of our Group.
The EU team’s extensive pipeline for 2025 -2026 involves mainly the construction of chain stores of high value Clients, in the retail sector, expanding in multiple Eastern European countries As a construction site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing fit-out projects from start to finish.
Main responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of all tasks, coordination of all activities between all subcontractors and suppliers of the project Daily supervision and evaluation of technicians’ performance and quality Quality checks and monitoring of materials and equipment delivered by the suppliers Identify and monitor variations and inconsistencies with the designs and provide guidance for corrective actions Distribution of approved designs to all the technical teams Keep track of project progress and time schedule Site Coordination Ensure that the Health and Safety guidelines are distributed to all personnel
