The luxury Branco Mykonos is seeking an: Assistant Restaurant Waiter Responsibilities: Approach and interact with guests in the correct manner as laid out by Hotel Standards Detailed knowledge and presentation of Branco menu items and cooking methods Assist waiters and follow their directions during the operation Serve food & beverages according to Hotel Service Standards Clean and set up tables timely Keep the workstations and sections organized and stocked Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance Follow all hygiene regulations and customer service guidelines
